- A ridge over southern WA is weakening before a trough makes its way eastward over the south coast during Thursday and Friday. A stronger high pressure ridge will develop in the wake of this trough from late Thursday. The high will move through the Southern Ocean during the weekend with a new trough starting to deepen offshore from the west coast by Sunday.
