Weather Situation

?A cold front is forecast to cross Western coastal waters late this afternoon, Central coastal waters late evening and clear Bass Strait by early Monday morning. A high strengthens over the Bight during Monday, extending a ridge over Victoria, as the centre slowly moves east over southern Victoria by late Tuesday, and into the Tasman Sea by late Wednesday. A northerly airstream will then persist until the next front approaches from the west, crossing Bass Strait late Thursday and early Friday.?
