A trough over western districts, and an associated cold front to the south, will move east during Saturday. A cooler southerly airflow will become established behind the trough due to a ridge building in the Bight. The change is expected to reach the Bays in the early hours of Saturday morning. Another weak cold front will cross Tasmania during Sunday, before another front crosses southern Victoria on Tuesday.
