Weather Situation
A low pressure system drifts eastward south of the Bight, extending a cold front over western Bass Strait. This front will move slowly eastward, reaching eastern waters on Sunday afternoon. The low pressure system is then expected to move over Bass Strait or southern Victoria on Monday with a cool southwesterly airstream in its wake. A cold front moving south of the Bight is likely to reach western waters later Wednesday.
