A high pressure system southwest of the state in combination with a deep low pressure system in the Tasman sea is driving a southeasterly airstream. As this high moves south it will leave a weak ridge over the state through Tuesday before a weak front passes late Wednesday. Behind the weak front a south westerly flow will establish through Thursday as a new high moves into the Bight and ridges over the state. On Friday a strong cold front is set to enter western waters in the early evening.
