A trough of low pressure is very slowly moving east across the coastal waters before weakening on Thursday. A stronger trough moves into the west on Friday, with a cold front moving up from the Southern Ocean over the southeastern districts on Saturday. A new high pressure system builds in the Bight on Sunday in the wake of the trough and cold front.
