A high over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge over eastern South Australia, which will persist through the week. A trough of low pressure over western coastal waters, will continue to move eastwards today before weakening, remaining stationary on Thursday before clearing to the east on Friday. A stronger second trough moves over western coastal waters on Friday, with a low forming along the trough. The trough and low move southeastwards over the eastern coastal waters over the weekend.
