- A tropical low[1001 hPa] is embedded within the monsoon trough near the northeast tropical coast, and will remain slow moving the next day or two. A high [1026 hPa] in the southern Tasman Sea is maintaining a ridge over the remaining northern waters, and is combining with the trough and embedded low to enhance onshore winds along the tropical east coast.
