Weather Situation

A trough lies over the north coast and a weak high pressure ridge over the remainder. The trough stalls while a high pressure system moves across the Bass Strait and over the Tasman during the weekend, maintaining the ridge. A front is forecast to cross the southern water on Sunday before the calm conditions return next week.
