MT BOHLE ESTIMATED TO HAVE PEAKED ABOVE THE MODERATE FLOOD LEVEL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING, WITH RENEWED MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY
RENEWED MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT APLIN WEIR OVERNIGHT SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY
Moderate to heavy rainfall since Friday evening has caused renewed river level rises across the Ross and Bohle River catchments. Along the Bohle River, moderate flooding is estimated to be easing at Mt. Bohle following a peak Saturday morning. Renewed moderate flooding is possible with forecast rainfall overnight Saturday into Sunday at Mt. Bohle.
Along the Ross River at Aplin Weir, minor flooding is possible overnight Saturday into Sunday with forecast rainfall.
Further rainfall is forecast for the remainder of the weekend, which may cause further river and creek level rises. The situation is being closely monitored and this warning will be updated as required.
Ross River
Minor flooding is possible along the Ross River.
Bohle River
Moderate flooding may occur along the Bohle River.
