MODERATE FLOODING LIKELY AT BARRINGUN FROM FRIDAY

MINOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BE OCCURRING AT ENNGONIA

MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT FORDS BRIDGE BYWASH OVERNIGHT WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY

Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed across the Warrego River catchment in Queensland since Monday. This rainfall has resulted in areas of minor to major flooding along the Warrego River in Queensland. The main flood peak along the Warrego River is currently arriving at Wyandra in Queensland.

Minor flooding is occurring along the Warrego River at Barringun, with moderate flooding likely from Friday as floodwaters from QLD extend into NSW. Minor flooding is expected to be occurring at Enngonia while minor flooding is likely at Fords Bridge Bywash from overnight Wednesday into Thursday.

Predictions for the downstream locations will be provided once the upstream peaks are observed.
